Dr. Patrick L. Milligan is the lead chiropractor with Epic Chiropractic in their Colombo, Sri Lanka clinic, where he treats people suffering with Back Pain, Neck Pain, Headaches, Shoulder Pain, and a myriad of other ailments (see Conditions Treated page).

He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, USA. He received a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic degrees (1993) from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa, USA.

He is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in USA. He is experienced in various health care settings including Owner, Managing Director, and the Senior Chiropractor in a multi-disciplined office with Physiotherapy and Medical Doctors. He is a proven professional with over 20 years knowledge in healthcare, specializing in acute and chronic rehabilitation of nerves, muscles, and joints.

He is skilled in Rehabilitation Therapy, trained to diagnose conditions and develop rehabilitation protocols for acute and chronic patients. These Rehabilitation Programs include heat, cold, passive and active range of motion, stretching, and resistance exercises using resistance bands, weights, and isometrics.

He is a life coach with patients designing programs in diet, nutrition and exercise to meet their current needs and future health goals.
